Iraq seeks Japan investment as reconstruction enters new phase

TOKYO, Japan - Iraqi Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani delivers a speech at an Iraq investment seminar in Tokyo on July 10. The Iraqi government called for more assistance from Japan in the areas of trade and investment as Iraq has entered a new phase of its reconstruction.
