TOSHIMA, Japan - A child hangs a number of ''teruteru bozu'' paper dolls praying for fine weather following a practice in Japan on Akuseki Island south of the southwestern Japan prefecture of Kagoshima on July 19, three days before the first total solar eclipse in 46 years that can be seen from Japanese territory.
