TOSHIMA, Japan - A man holds up a perforated board for a commemorative photo during the solar eclipse on Nakanoshima Island in the Tokara island chain, southern Japan, at noon on July 22. Many enthusiasts in the area were unable to see the first total solar eclipse over Japan in 46 years due to bad weather.
