Brazil's Cielo wins men's 100m freestyle with world record

ROME, Italy - A smiling Cesar Cielo Filho of Brazil shows off his gold medal after winning the men's 100-meter freestyle final at the world swimming championships in Rome on July 30. Cielo won the race in a world-record time of 46.91.
