Phelps wins his 4th gold medal of 2009 worlds
ROME, Italy - Michael Phelps of the United States pumps his fist in the air after winning his fourth gold medal of the 2009 worlds in Rome on Aug. 1, with a world record of 49.82 seconds in the 100 butterfly, 0.19 faster than the previous mark Serbian Milorad Cavic set a day earlier in the semifinals.
