Actress Sakai arrested over drugs after surrendering to police

TOKYO, Japan - A car carrying actress Noriko Sakai arrives at the Shibuya Police Station in Tokyo on Aug. 8 after she was arrested on suspicion of possessing stimulants following her surrender at a Tokyo police facility.
