Japan's economy recovering as GDP rebounds: Hayashi

TOKYO, Japan - Economic and fiscal policy minister Yoshimasa Hayashi speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on Aug. 17 after the government released GDP data showing that the Japanese economy grew an annualized real 3.7 percent in the April to June period, marking the first expansion in five quarters.
