Ice bar in Tokyo's Ginza draws customers in summer

TOKYO, Japan - Customers, bundled up in coats and gloves, chat in an ''ice bar'' at temperatures under 5 C below zero in Tokyo's Ginza district. Almost everything, including the walls, counters and chairs, in the bar are made of natural ice blocks brought from Sweden rivers.
