N. Korea's Kim Jong Il hopes for better ties with S. Korea
SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Ki Nam (L), secretary of the ruling Workers' Party of North Korea, and Kim Yang Gon (R in back), director of the United Front Department of the Workers' Party, leave a hotel in Seoul on Aug. 23 to wind up their three-day stay in the South Korean capital. Earlier in the day, they met with South Korean President Lee Myung Bak and delivered an oral message from North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.
