TOKYO, Japan - Guests from France, Germany and the United States surf the Net in the newly opened Hotel Meigetsu in Tokyo's Sanya district, one of Japan's biggest skid rows, on Aug. 13, 2009. The three guests said they loved the quiet, homey ambiance of the place.
