Thai gov't allows stateless boy to travel to Japan for contest
BANGKOK, Thailand - Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva (R) and Mong Thongdee, a stateless 12-year-old boy living in Chiang Mai, pose for photos in Bangkok on Sept. 3 after the government decided to issue a travel document to Mong to represent the country in the 4th All Japan Origami Airplane Competition.
