World Bank hopes Japan will play bigger role in aid to poor countries
TOKYO, Japan - Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a World Bank managing director, speaks at the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan in Tokyo's Yurakucho on Nov. 5, 2009.
