People celebrate 20th anniversary of emperor's enthronement

TOKYO, Japan - Actress Mitsuko Mori delivers a congratulatory speech during a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of Emperor Akihito's enthronement at the Imperial Palace Plaza in Tokyo on Nov. 12, 2009. Around 30,000 people attended the ceremony hosted by business organizations and a group of lawmakers.
