Japan launches rocket carrying intelligence-gathering satellite
TANEGASHIMA, Japan - A Japanese H-2A rocket carrying an intelligence-gathering satellite to replace an earlier model lifts off from Tanegashima Space Center in Kagoshima Prefecture on Nov. 28, 2009. The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency said the new satellite, the third of its kind, was successfully put into orbit.
