U.S. commander talks of Okinawa drills relocation

NAHA, Japan - Brig. Gen. Kenneth Wilsbach, the top commander at U.S. Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Prefecture, speaks during an interview with Kyodo News at the base on Dec. 9, 2009.
