New airport traffic control tower to start operations
TOKYO, Japan - Photo taken Jan. 8, 2010, shows the inside of a new airport traffic control tower at Haneda airport in Tokyo which will start operations on Jan. 12. The 115.7 meter tower -- 38.1 meters taller than the present tower at the airport -- is the tallest such tower in Japan and the third tallest in the world.
