HONOLULU, United States - Japanese Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada (C) offers a wreath at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu honoring American soldiers who died in war on Jan. 11, 2010. Okada arrived in Honolulu a day earlier for talks with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
