Hatoyama says will not intervene in probe of lawmaker Ishikawa
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama speaks at the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives in Tokyo on Jan. 22, 2010. Hatoyama said he has no intention of intervening in prosecutors' investigation of the arrested lawmaker Tomohiro Ishikawa when he told reporters the previous day he hopes Ishikawa will not be indicted.
