Season's first snow accumulation observed in downtown Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan - Hibiya Park (front) and the ground of the Imperial Palace (back) in central Tokyo are seen covered with snow on Feb. 2, 2010, after a strong low-pressure system moving into eastern parts of Japan led to the first accumulation of snow this winter in the capital's downtown.
