German church at Japan snow festival
SAPPORO, Japan - People look at a 26-meter-tall snow building of the German Church of Our Lady in the Sapporo Snow Festival on the northernmost Japanese main island of Hokkaido on Feb. 5, 2010, the first day of the weeklong event featuring nearly 250 snow creations. The church is the tallest creation since the annual festival began in 1950.
