Kirin, Suntory cancel integration over merger ratio

TOKYO, Japan - Suntory Holdings Ltd. President Nobutada Saji speaks about the brewer's aborted integration talks with Kirin Holdings Ltd. at a news conference in Tokyo on Feb. 8, 2010.
