S. Korean 'comfort women' deliver letter, demand apology
SEOUL, South Korea - A group of former South Korean ''comfort women'' who were forced to serve as sex slaves for Japanese soldiers before and during World War II and others protest in front of the Japanese Embassy in Seoul on Feb. 10, 2010. The group delivered a letter to the embassy demanding an apology and compensation addressed to Japanese Foreign Minister Kazuya Okada before his visit to the city to meet with his South Korean counterpart.
