RICHMOND, Canada - Fifteen-year-old Japanese speed skater Miho Takagi skates into third place in 2 minutes, 01.47 seconds in a time trial at Richmond Olympic Oval in Richmond, Canada, on Feb. 10, 2010, in a diluted women's 1,500-meter field ahead of the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.
