China's party leadership should resign: Dalai Lama
WASHINGTON, United States - Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama speaks during a ceremony on Feb. 19, 2010, at the Library of Congress in Washington, where he received an award from the National Endowment for Democracy. He called on top officials of the Chinese Communist Party to step down, saying they lack popular support.
