Japan's troops rescue Haiti's artworks
PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Members of Japan's Ground Self-Defense Forces examine a sculpture on Feb. 26, 2010, which was removed from the rubble of a Haitian museum that was destroyed by the Jan. 12 earthquake in Port-Au-Prince. Japan's Ground Self-Defense Forces cooperated with workers from other countries to recover 90 percent of the museum's artworks by its fifth day of rescue work.
