Tsunami reaches Japan's Pacific side

KESENNUMA, Japan - People walk on a street in the city of Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, inundated with seawater on Feb. 28, 2010, after tsunami waves triggered by a massive earthquake in Chile reached wide coastal areas of Japan's Pacific side. Japan observed waves as high as 1.45 meters.
