Farewell journey of Hokuriku express

TOKYO, Japan - The Hokuriku express is set to leave JR Ueno Station in Tokyo on its final overnight run to Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, on March 12, 2010, as train enthusiasts crowd the platform. The Hokuriku entered service in the 1950s.
