Man wrongly convicted of 1990 murder acquitted
UTSUNOMIYA, Japan - Toshikazu Sugaya, who served 17 years in prison for a 1990 murder before being released following a new DNA test, smiles during a news conference at the Tochigi prefectural government building on March 26, 2010.
