Man wrongly convicted of 1990 murder acquitted
UTSUNOMIYA, Japan - Toshikazu Sugaya (L), who was acquitted by the Utsunomiya District Court over a 1990 murder case, shakes hands with Kazuo Ishikawa, who is in his third retrial over a 1963 murder case, on March 26, 2010, in Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture. Sugaya, who spent 17 years in prison after a wrongful conviction, said he wants to spend his life supporting others who have suffered as a result of false accusations.
