Japan says N. Korea's involvement in ship sinking unforgivable
TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada arrives at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on May 20, 2010, to attend a meeting of Cabinet ministers responsible for Japan's security to discuss what steps should be taken against Pyongyang after Seoul officially blamed North Korea for the deadly sinking of a South Korean warship in March that killed 46 sailors.
