Fukushima denies departure from Cabinet over Futenma row
TOKYO, Japan - Social Democratic Party leader Mizuho Fukushima, who concurrently serves as consumer affairs minister, speaks to reporters at the parliament building in Tokyo on May 28, 2010, after a Cabinet meeting.
