Kan hold 1st phone talks with Obama
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister-elect Naoto Kan leaves the prime minister's office in Tokyo on June 6, 2010, after speaking with U.S. President Barack Obama by telephone. The two agreed in their first talks to make efforts to fulfill a recent bilateral accord to relocate a key U.S. military base within Okinawa Prefecture.
