Japanese police release Tiananmen Square student leader

TOKYO, Japan - Wuer Kaixi, a Chinese pro-democracy student leader during the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre, is seen entering a car near a police station in Tokyo on June 6, 2010, following his release by Japanese police. Wuer, who was arrested on June 4 after trying to forcibly enter the Chinese Embassy premises in Tokyo, has told his lawyers he intended to turn himself in to Chinese authorities.
