Nagoya meet starts amidst scandal
NAGOYA, Japan - Sumo wrestlers head to Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium in Nagoya on July 11, 2010, ahead of the start of the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament the same day. The tournament will be unprecedented in that the national broadcaster NHK will not broadcast live coverage and the Japan Sumo Association will not be presenting the Emperor's Cup to the winner amid a baseball gambling scandal that rocked the sport.
