Lavender in full bloom in Hokkaido
ASAHIKAWA, Japan - Tourists walk in fields of lavender in full bloom at Farm Tomita in the town of Nakafurano in Japan's northernmost main island of Hokkaido on July 13, 2010. Around 60,000 lavender seedlings were planted in a 12-hectare field along with poppies and linaria, attracting tourists from across Japan.
