ANA's 'Gundam' passenger plane to fly over Japan
TOKYO, Japan - All Nippon Airways Co.'s Boeing 777-300 passenger plane with Mobile Suit Gundam, a popular animation robot, drawn on the body is unveiled to the media at Tokyo's Haneda airport on July 16, 2010, before its first flight to Osaka. The ''Gundam'' jet, which was jointly planned with toy maker Bandai Co. to mark the 30th anniversary of sales of Gundam plastic models, will fly over Japan through March next year.
