NAGASAKI, Japan - U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki Moon (C) shakes hands with Sumiteru Taniguchi, 81, head of the Nagasaki A-bomb Sufferers' Council at Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum in Nagasaki, southwestern Japan, on Aug. 5, 2010.
