Ozawa to face indictment over money scandal

TOKYO, Japan - Photographers surround a man posting an announcement in Tokyo on Oct. 4, 2010, on a decision by a citizens' panel that Ichiro Ozawa, a former secretary general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, should be indicted over a scandal involving his political funds. The move, which counters an earlier decision by public prosecutors, makes the DPJ bigwig the first politician to be indicted after deliberation by the panel.
