Ozawa to face indictment over money scandal
TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, a former secretary general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, leaves a building in Tokyo which houses his Rikuzankai political fund management body, on Oct. 4, 2010, after a citizens' panel decided he should be indicted over a scandal involving his political funds. The move, which counters an earlier decision by public prosecutors, makes Ozawa the first politician to be indicted after deliberation by the panel.
