Murton tops Ichiro
TOKYO, Japan - Hanshin Tigers outfielder Matt Murton of the United States watches his RBI double, his 213th hit of the season, in the ninth inning of a game against the Yakult Swallows at Jingu Stadium in Tokyo on Oct. 5, 2010. The 29-year-old former Colorado Rockies player broke Ichiro Suzuki's 1994 Japanese baseball single-season hit record of 210 the same day.
