Tokyo city hall lit up in colors

TOKYO, Japan - Colorful lighting up of the Tokyo city hall's main building begins on Nov. 7 through Nov. 9, 2010, to coincide with a conference of representatives of 11 major cities in Asia including Tokyo, Seoul and Bangkok. About 60 projectors drew an aurora-like variety of digital designs, a work of artist Akira Ishikawa, on the exterior of the 243-meter-tall main building.
