Japan, Mongolia aim to start FTA talks
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan (R) and Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj (L) hold talks at the Japanese premier's office in Tokyo on Nov. 19, 2010. The countries agreed to accelerate their preliminary studies so they can start negotiations on a bilateral free trade agreement at an early stage in fiscal 2011.
