Japan, Mongolia aim to start FTA talks

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan (R) and Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj shake hands ahead of their meeting in Tokyo on Nov. 19, 2010. The two leaders agreed to accelerate their preliminary studies so they can start negotiations on a bilateral free trade agreement at an early stage in fiscal 2011.
