106-year-old gets special 'Best Dresser' award

TOKYO, Japan - Saburo Shochi, a 106-year-old academic who has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the oldest person to have traveled around the world using public transportation, receives a special "Best Dresser" award at a ceremony for the 41st Best Dresser Award held in Tokyo on Nov. 28, 2012. Shochi is an educator and professor emeritus at Fukuoka University of Education.

Film director Koji Wakamatsu dies
