SHIMONOSEKI, Japan - Around 20 countries and regions that support commercial whaling gather for a two-day meeting on Nov. 30, 2010, in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, to discuss ways to deal with the deeply divided International Whaling Commission.
