Reopening of Akihabara pedestrian zone

TOKYO, Japan - Photo, taken in July 2010, shows Chuo-dori street in Tokyo's Akihabara electronics and entertainment district, part of which will be reopened as a pedestrian zone. The so-called ''pedestrian heaven'' in Akihabara has been closed ever since a fatal attack there in June 2008.
