Okinawa wants U.S. base out
NAHA, Japan - Okinawa Gov. Hirokazu Nakaima (R) hands a set of written requests regarding U.S. military bases in his prefecture to Defense Minister Toshimi Kitazawa in the prefectural office on Jan. 20, 2011. Nakaima called on the central government again to relocate the U.S. Marine Corps' Futenma Air Station out of Okinawa.
