JAKARTA, Indonesia - In this file photo from 2010, a used train imported from Japan passes a shack in Jakarta, Indonesia. Most trains operating in the Jakarta metropolitan area, which has a population of more than 20 million, consist of second-hand rolling stock from Japan. According to the occupants of the shack, they have never ridden a train.
