Japan, U.S. to work out road map to prevent nuclear terrorism
TOKYO, Japan - Laura Holgate, senior director for weapons of mass destruction terrorism and threat reduction in the White House's National Security Council, speaks during an interview with Kyodo News in Tokyo on Feb. 4, 2011.
