Bubble-era trendy hotel to be demolished
TOKYO, Japan - Undated file photo shows the new annex of Grand Prince Hotel Akasaka, commonly known as ''Akapuri,'' in Tokyo. The hotel, known to have been a stage of numerous power games of Japanese politics and a trendy spot during the asset-inflated bubble economy in the late 1980s, is scheduled to close at the end of March 2011 and be demolished after about 55 years of operations.
